Job Summary
The Digital Transformation - Senior Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for leading processes, and technology dimensions of business analysis activities. This includes end-to-end business analysis activities across enterprise technology initiatives, procurement, and RFP processes. This role supports full lifecycle delivery of complex projects involving platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
Duties & Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Responsible for collecting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements from key stakeholders, ensuring solutions, whether technological or procedural, accurately reflect the organization's business objectives.
- Leads discovery, journey mapping and design workshops and review sessions to articulate business requirements and service delivery needs.
- Act as a lead integrator, facilitator and technical specialist providing analytical capabilities to complex technology projects and initiatives.
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions through workshops, interviews, and process mapping.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements (FRD), user stories, and traceability matrices.
- Ensure requirements adhere to Project Management Office (PMO) governance and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
- Support the Region’s Digital priorities by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities through innovation and technology.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Solution Design & Process Optimization
- Provide expert guidance to project teams and business leads during design and implementation, ensuring decisions reflect business process impacts.
- Create process diagrams, data flows, and conceptual models to clearly communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resolve functional issues during testing and deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
Procurement, Project & Change Management
- Lead functional streams working closely with the Project Managers and technology partners within the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Business Requirements Documentation as part of the procurement process, including testing documentation, and applying management strategies (e.g. ADKAR) supporting deliverables.
- Lead and translate business and technical requirements into clear vendor evaluation criteria as part of the procurement process (Request for Information, Request for Proposals, Request for Quotation) in partnership with Project Managers and Strategic Sourcing (procurement).
- Participate in all phases of the project management lifecycle, contributing to workshops, design sessions, testing, and post-implementation support.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions to support change management and user adoption.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Testing and Quality Assurance Support
- Participating in testing and coordinating test execution for respective areas to help establish alignment with requirements.
- Validating the Implementation partners configured system through different iterations and testing cycles.
Other
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence by mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and contributing.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Statistics, related fields with at least 5 years of work-related experience. or related discipline.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of the project management methodologies including waterfall and agile project management lifecycles and commonly used methods, processes, and practices.
- Proven experience for Quality Assurance support.
- Able to leverage different techniques to elicit and document requirements into plain language.
- Advanced experience working with business sponsors and other stakeholders to document requirements.
- Comfortable supporting organizational change management, assisting stakeholders adapt to evolving technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Preferred:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation in good standing or the International
- Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
- Management & business administration experience.
