Job Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor, Enterprise Applications, this position will play a key role in leading implementation of SAP HCM/Payroll system enhancements, software updates and upgrades like SAP Support Pack and CLC updates as part of State of Good Repairs program to ensure that the software application is up-to-date. This position will also participate in system implementation and support for SuccessFactors HCM application modules.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads project technical implementation including software acquisition, system planning, development and system integration, hardware sizing, software installation, systems testing, documentation and training.
  • Participates in solution evaluation, and recommendation, development of user requirements, analysis, design and process, data modeling, and contractor selection.
  • Manages contractors as required to deliver projects.
  • Develops and customizes applications and reports using various kinds of software tools.
  • Analyzes, architects, designs, recommends, and implements system solutions.
  • Provides 3rd level support for existing software applications which includes systems upgrade planning and execution change control, advising on policy and procedure changes as they relate to the implementation of information technology, monitoring of systems resource utilization and capacity planning.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Prepares project documentation including business processes, workflows, functional analysis and design and technical specification.
  • Prepares user documentations, training material and provides end-user training.
  • Participates in SAP ERP(ECC/S4HANA) HR/Payroll, SuccessFactors HCM implementation and S/4 HANA projects.
  • Manage multiple assignments while concurrently fulfilling on-going application support and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Work with internal and external technical resources to implement approved changes.
  • Collaborate with other analysts to ensure system and procedural changes have minimum impact on other application areas.
  • Configures and enhances SAP ERP(ECC/S4HANA) HR/Payroll, HCM, SuccessFactors modules to deliver required functionality.
  • Meets with business users to gather and analyze business requirements and provides effort estimates.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains and supports implemented SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Backup supports for HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Implements SAP S4HANA HR Support Packages, CLC and Year End Master Notes, SuccessFactors releases.
  • Provides technical support for ongoing system enhancements and improvements and upgrades.
  • Participates in project implementation including User Acceptance Testing, RFP evaluation and product/tool research.
  • Liaises and collaborate with vendors/contractors as required.

Skills & Qualifications

 

Essential

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience and thorough knowledge of SAP HCM Life Cycle.
  • Strong analytical, software development background and technical skills in following areas:
    • Training, Timesheet modules and HR Authorization, HR ad-hoc reports
    • SuccessFactors LMS, Recruitment & On-Board and Talent Management modules
    • SuccessFactors Employee Central, ESS, MSS, Performance Measurement and SAP Cloud connector
    • SAP products to non-SAP products integrations
    • Leading SAP ERP and SuccessFactors HCM project implementation

Preferred

  • SAP ERP HCM related certifications.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM related certifications.
  • Knowledge of using Gold Client software from Qlik.
