Job Summary

The Systems Analyst (SAP ERP HR/Payroll – SuccessFactors) is responsible for leading technical implementations and providing advanced support for SAP HR systems, including S4HANA, ECC Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules like Learning Management and Recruiting. The role involves system planning, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on integrating employee master data and managing role-based permissions. Candidates should have at least five years of IT experience, strong knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors, and expertise in LMS processes and platform administration. Preferred qualifications include SAP HCM and SuccessFactors certifications, along with experience using Gold Client software. After-hours support may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads project technical implementation including software acquisition, system planning, development and system integration, hardware sizing, software. installation, systems testing, documentation and training.
  • Administers and supports systems including reviewing hardware sizing and system architecture, software updates and upgrade planning and execution.
  • Migrates system enhancements/projects.
  • Participates in RFP development and solution evaluation, and recommendation, development of user requirements, analysis, design and process, data modeling, and contractor selection.
  • Liaises and collaborates with contractors as required to deliver projects. 
  • Develops and customizes applications and reports using various kinds of software tools. 
  • Analyzes, architects, designs, recommends and implements system solutions.
  • Provides 3rd level support for existing software applications which includes systems upgrade planning and execution change control, advising on policy and procedure changes as they relate to the implementation of information technology, monitoring of systems resource utilization and capacity planning.
  • Effectively support SAP S4HANA and ECC HR payroll and SuccessFactors RCM/LMS systems.
  • Implements SAP S4HANA HR Support Packages, CLC and Year End Master Notes, SuccessFactors releases. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in software development, implementation and integration in client/server, internet applications under Microsoft system environments.
  • Configuration, administration and troubleshooting in Learning Management and Recruiting modules (SF User Connector, Employee Profile, Job Requisition templates, Business Rules, Picklists, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SF LMS processes such as Learning Activities, Items, Curricula, Programs and Assignment Profiles.
  • Knowledge of Platform such as Security and role-based permissions, Data management and integration with S4HANA Employee master data

 

Preferred

  • SAP HCM related certifications.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM related certifications
  • Knowledge of using Gold Client software from Qlik
