Job Summary
Reporting to the Supervisor, Enterprise Applications, this position will play a key role in providing day-to-day system administration to both Salesforce Health/Service Cloud and Infor Hansen applications. This positon also implements system updates and upgrades as part of State of Good Repairs program to ensure that the software application is up-to-date. This position will also perform system implementation for new business requirements and provide ongoing support to business users. Training of Salesforce or Infor IPS will be provided to the candidate if necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participates in Salesforce and Infor Hansen system administration, support and/or project implementation
- Configures and enhances Salesforce and Infor Hansen for new requirements.
- Meets with business users to gather and analyze business requirements and provides effort estimate
- Maintains and supports Salesforce and Infor Hansen system for patches and releases.
- Backup supports for co-workers in supporting Salesforce and Infor Hansen systems
- Prepares project documentation including but not limited to analysis, design, technical specification, user documentations, training material and provides end-user training.
- Leads enhancement project work.
- Manages multiple assignments while concurrently fulfilling on-going application support and maintenance responsibilities.
- Works with internal and external technical resources to implement approved changes.
- Collaborates with other analysts to ensure system and procedural changes have minimum impact on other application areas.
- Provides technical support for ongoing system enhancements and improvements and upgrades.
- Participates in project implementation including User Acceptance Test, RFP evaluation and product/tool research.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- University Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education.
- Minimum of six (6) years of IT working experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in Salesforce Administration/Development on Health/Service Cloud and/or in Infor Hansen/IPS application.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and/or Infor Hansen best practices and functionality.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and to estimate workload.
- Experience with both reports and custom reports and dashboards.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Have the ability to balance multiple concurrent activities with a flexible and adaptable positive demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as assuming leadership role to work with cross functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with project teams to identify project achievements, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.
Preferred
- Database/software application development experience.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
